“The lady in the store (I assume the owner, I didn’t get her name) is always very helpful & went above & beyond helping me get what I needed for school. Although she doesn’t usually carry the color of a particular style I needed, she ordered them when she realized there were several of us looking for them. I went in to try on the style the other day & was informed she had ordered what I needed & they should be in later in the week. When I went in today, she had pulled what I needed (without me asking) & had them waiting when I went in. Just a great example of going above & beyond to help your customer.”

I forgot a bag of cleaning supplies and batteries and lightbulbs at check out the previous day and the staff were quick to see it was already noted in their records after seeing my receipt. I was able to go get the items I left and the staff helped me bag them and I was back on my way no hassle or long process. I didn't get her name, but the lady working the desk tonight was super helpful.”
“I was just at this store and met a nice man named James in the jewelry department. He was very nice and polite. I was shocked at how nice the store looked. I was telling him how my local store in California didn't look that nice. I wish I had more time to look again but I saw it on the mall and it was one of my favorite stores I had to stop in to see how different an Alabama JCPENNEY'S is to a California one. I bought a few things, if I had more time I would have bought more. Great customer service”
