The pharmacy staff is beyond rude. I have been a loyal CVS customer for years. I have now made the switch to Publix. It is really disappointing because when we were in Florida we loved the CVS pharmacy staff.

It should be required that a building that size have a public restroom. Apparently the bathroom doesn’t work and the photo machine doesn’t either. Everything seems to be down and the manager isn’t concerned with fixing anything.

The “manager” of the pharmacy is UNBELIEVABLY rude. I called to ask if my medication was in stock, and she was very short and told me she “did not have to give me any answers about medication” and hung up on me, after not helping me at all. She not only yelled at me, had a condescending tone, but literally told me she would not help me and “did not have to.” I will never shop at this store.

On the 24th we to The Pharmacist and I haven't got enough money told him to give me one month supply only. He did give me the wrong medicine and one missing. I come on the second day and met the same person told to come back at 1 pm. When I came today on Friday she told me that we don't have your medicine in the system trying to cover other pharmacists' back. I called my doctor and got the prescription took it back to them then they told me they don't have it.

Great staff, retail & pharmacy, friendly knowledgeable helpful courteous! Store is very clean open well organized well lit accessible! Again, and the staff make it a pleasure!

The attitude of the pharmacist is almost consistently unacceptable. The front of the store has about 8 customers in line with 1 person trying to help them all. I walk to the pharmacy with my 3 items (2 OTC medicines and a drink) the 2 pharmacy staff members wouldn’t ring me up even though there literally wasn’t 1 other customer in the pharmacy. I get my medicine filled there 2 times a month and the pharmacy staff literally always has a bad attitude!

The store is clean and neat, but the pharmacy, no thank you. They always blame the computer for their problems. I am moving everything to another brand. It has been great, but it is time for me to find a better pharmacy.

The staff is friendly and helpful, and the pharmacy team was always quick when I arrived to pickup prescriptions. The store is laid out well and always clean.
