The cashier was very rude. I think she’s the assistant manager. She had a nasty attitude. I feel like if you don’t like your job get a new one.Also wouldn’t let me use my rewards.

the worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!!! the assistant manger as she said she was would NOT give us a refund for shoes they ordered online for my husband then sold when they came in from up under him!!! $240!!! she was very rude and made me leave the store we have a whole video of the whole thing!!! also a lady came in behind us and they denied her refund also! she had everything on video also !!! i'm sure she will leave a review also!!! i have told my husband family and mine they will no longer shop with this company ever again for our shoes or the kids shoes!!!! feel free to ask us for the videos cause we would paint it if it let us

The worst experience ever they kicked me and my wife out the store cause we asked for a refund not only that they sold the shoe I bought for store credit I will never see city gear or hibbets ever I have a video of us getting asked to leave for a refund

Called the store coming from Columbus,Ms in search of a specific item. This was about 5 minutes ago. (It’s now 3:54pm on 12/09/2021. The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude I asked about size 10 Uggs she literally Huffed on the phone ! I tried to explain the situation with me coming from a distance to the store and she hung up! Customer Service was HORRIBLE! I was not rude nor did I say anything rude to her in any kind of way.! This would have been my first time shopping at this store and honestly after this verbal transaction I NEVER want to. 10/10 do NOT recommend !

Great Urban store, never the less with being a millennial. I rember parisian. Which was also I great urban store. However like belk which takes return and offer you your money back, but got away from in style urban clothing.with that I bought a pair of camouflage pants that where skinny jeans,but suttle in style . City gear choice of clothing pops with color and style and is expensive. My waist is 36 pants were in relaxed section. No need to try own. Upon taking them back. I was offered a in store gift card or I could pick something else in store. My dilliema is if, I can not receive cash back. Why can, I not use the card in hibbett sports for more options. IAre your policies just a urban thing.
