I was telling him how my local store in California didn't look that nice. I wish I had more time to look again but I saw it on the mall and it was one of my favorite stores I had to stop in to see how different an Alabama JCPENNEY'S is to a California one. I bought a few things, if I had more time I would have bought more. Great customer service”

“Whoever the lady was at the front checking people out on 5/21 around 7:30 she’s great and so nice. Really helped me with my new credit card and being able to use my gift card really helped as I was a little stressed while shopping. And I also love the clothes and that Old Navy has a lot of basics and they’re super comfortable clothes too. The sales are great!”
