Been with them for 8 years now I think and Mrs. Sherry Carter and the staff at Carter Tax Services are awesome! I'm always in and out quickly and they always take real good care of me and my family. And even after their fee comes out I still get more back than what I ever got back from doing my own taxes online. They are very professional and know exactly what they are doing.

Their phone courtesy is very good but when they say they'll get back to you they don't and that is Miss Carter been waiting almost a year for my tax return and a phone call back from Miss Carter they suck
