“Enterprise was able to find me a car during a stressful situation where I thought my car had been stolen. They came to pick me up at my hotel to take me to their store and provide me a car. Then when I return the car the next day, since my car had been found, they drove me to the impound area. They gave me a final bill for one day of rental. They were very professional and efficient throughout. I was not very happy with the Nissan Altima that I was given and it’s not Enterprise‘s fault. But as I drove from Tuscaloosa to Madison Alabama and I encountered bumpy roads especially on interstate 59. The car was very rough and bounced bouncy going over the rough road in the right lane of interstate 59 getting into Birmingham I’ve been renting from Enterprise for many years and they always give satisfactory and they go above and beyond many times for me.”

“I rented a van in June. In July, I rented a SUV. Made online reservations. Both experiences were great. Great prices. The associates were friendly. Both times, they had the vehicles that I needed. My only complaint would be that the vehicles could be a little cleaner… vacuumed better, whipped down. The SUV smelled like someone had smoked it in. I just sprayed it down with Febreeze. Other than that, my experiences were great.”

“I can't comment on the rental experience at this location but we just came here because we had an issue with locking the car we rented at Hertz @ ATL. A friendly Hertz employee was eager to help us out and resolved the issue. His name was a Miracle, and the 5 stars are for him.”
“My car decided it would have mechanical issues at a bad time. I needed transportation for a appointment that was within 3 hours, and a little over 1 hour away. I called the rental department to get the requirements and cost. Arrived was in and out in less than 20 minutes!Service was fast and friendly, the price quoted on the phone was the price charged no hidden fees, 2022 very clean with no odor of smoke or anything else. The Sirius radio was a big plus for me!I Highly recommend!!Definitely my go to whenever I'm in need of a rental in the future!”
