CONTAMINATED GAS!!Good afternoon Everyone,Please tell your students and family members to not purchase gas at the Buddy's Food Mart/Chevron Gas Station (store #384974) located at 305 15th Street, Tuscaloosa, Alabama 35401. The gas tanks are contaminated with water.The owner, Mr. Yazan has received several complaints about the fuel. After my son purchased a full tank of gas, about 3 weeks ago, from the Chevron gas station (Buddy's Food Mart), the next morning his vehicle stalled out and had to be towed to the BMW dealership. After contacting Mr. Yazan he acknowledged that he had verified that there was water in his station's tanks and agreed to refund the cost for repairs. Now he will not answer his phone and is refusing to refund customers the cost for the damages. Three weeks later another student has encountered the same problem, at the same location.Since he is an independent owner, all complaints will have to made through the Chevron Headquarters Consumer Connection Center at (855) 285-9595 . We have since filed a complaint with the BBB, Chevron Corporate Office and next week we're planning to contact the Alabama Agriculture & Industries.Were hoping this will save someone else approximately $1800 dollars in repair cost.
