Handled my repair quickly, plus diagnosed and fixed another issue. Friendly, reasonable.

Someone pulled out in front of me and we had an accident. A friend referred me to Browns Fleet Collision on 69 S. From the first time I called their office, to the time I picked up my car, was nothing short of spectacular! The receptionist in the office was very friendly, her estimated time of completion was accurate and Robert kept me in the loop the whole time. He was super informative of the process and explained the work done that needed done in detail. I felt so comfortable with him that I asked about my check engine light being on prior to the accident. He did the diagnostic test and fixed everything needed for a great price. It was a breath of fresh air to actually trust the mechanics and have them do the job on time, for a great price, no issues or problems with a smile!! With my hectic life, I can't tell you how much I appreciate the fantastic job they all did. Because of my wonderful experience, I honestly recommend everyone to Browns Collision and Repair.

Brown’s only took three days to finish my repair, which included a new bumper with sensor collaboration. I had no clue they were going to detail the inside and out. My truck has never looked so good. 10/10 would recommend.
Much better experience here than I had with a shop across town.

UPDATE: I changed this to a 5 star after speaking with Robby. He reached out to me and offered to take a look at it again and get the issues resolved. He was very apologetic and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work done. Like I said before, their work is good and the people here are so kind. I can see they are making a strong effort in keeping their customers happy and working on different aspects to make their business better! Compared to other body shops in town, I would still choose Browns. Thank you!
Their work is good but their communication could definitely use some work. They are nice whenever you get them on the phone but getting them on the phone has been an ongoing issue for me. My car was in their shop for about a month which is completely understandable considering the damage and with it being around the holidays (Christmas). I was told 3 separate times when my car would be ready and it wasn’t. I was told it would be ready the Friday before Christmas. It wasn’t and they didn’t open back up until the Wednesday after. I had told them my rental days would be up on that Friday and I was told that the sensors had to be reset and then it would be ready. Granted, I was told the day I got it back that the gentleman who reset the sensors was running behind. I would be more understanding if I would have at least gotten a phone call telling me this so I could’ve made other arrangements for having a vehicle over the weekend and holiday. Since getting my car back and it being in the colder months, I never turned on the cooling part of my AC, just the heat. Well since it’s been in the upper 60s some days in January, I’ve tried to turn it on. It’s not cooling properly. I know I had some of my parts replaced with my AC so I called Browns. I have now called them twice in the past 3 weeks and I haven’t heard anything. Like I said, the work was good and I understand the lengthy time for repair, I was and am just very displeased about the lack of communication.

Well i didn't want to be there obviously, i wrecked my car once again on my way to work at FedEx ground at 2:30 in the morning. But the experience at Browns repair on 69south, was a good one. It was literally 15 minutes before closing time on a Friday. And they very politely said they would help. So the Young Man, I don't remember his name. But he was very polite and was quick about it. Now, rather he was being fast about it because it was like 10 minutes before they closed on a Friday none the less. He did his job, came outside to examine the new damage added on to the already current damage. Took photos of the damage, we went back inside and waited on him to figure up a estimate to fix it. Wasn't too long he knew everything the car needed for a total repair. I looked over the paperwork and his findings. Asked him some questions of course. Just wanted to be crystal clear on his findings. And I believe he did the correct findings on my vehicle now it's time to talk to the insurance company

They told me that it would take maybe a week on my car, well one week turned into over a month. They fail to communicate, and they lied three different times on when my vehicle would be ready. So if you're in need for your car to get done in a timely matter then this is NOT the place to go to.Services: Painting

Do not go here unless you feel like waiting over 6 weeks for your car to be fixed. This would not upset me as much if I was originally quoted this long. If that were the case I would know in advance to make alternate transportation arrangements. I have called this shop at least different 5 times and each time I get a different date for when the car will be ready. It’s been in the shop for 6 weeks now and the last update I got was that the car would be ready two days ago. This was obviously not the case. A professional business would warn you in advance about lengthy repairs. Just to add all they had to do was replace one side panel. I understand the shop is busy and has other customers but this is very unacceptable and very unprofessional.

My vehicle has been with Browns since May, it's now August and it's now August! The updates I've gotten from them are "we are backed up" or "we have all the parts, but we don't have anyone for the labor right now, or lastly, "we should have all the parts in next week." It's been months! I'm an independent contractor relying on my vehicle, but because of the lack of activity at Browns I've lost a SUMMERS worth of business. If they couldn't get it done in a timely manor or knew they didn't have the labor to complete the job then they should not have accepted it or kindly referred another place that could get it done! I'm highly vexed about the situation because I have to Uber or ride my damn bike by Browns and I can see the vehicles around mine being fixed but ZERO activity on my vehicle! The lack of communication and complete lack of customer care are the two things that throw fuel on the fire! I do not recommend this place at all!
