Drew Nixen was an incredible salesperson! His vast knowledge of my vehicle made me feel confident in my purchase. He was patient and understanding, even beyond business hours, allowing me to take my time with my decision. Shawn, one of the managers, also contributed to my positive experience. I couldn't have asked for a better customer service! Highly recommend!

I bought a car from this dealership, lives in Maryland. The sales lady was so nice but they did not document all the charges with regards to my documentation fee of $899. I went to my local MVA to register the car and I was told to pay for the registration. I called and they just making stories up. As of February 2024 the average documentation fee for a vehicle in Alabama is $480 and some dealers don’t even charge one. So you don't take my money for doc fee and short -change me.
I am a very nice person, but I don't like it when people take advantage of you.
PLEASE AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOU CAN. THEY WILL EXPLOIT YOU.

I was in the market for a vehicle and I seen that this dealership had a Yukon I was interested in. I called and Jared Gibson (sales rep) help me out and went above and beyond. Even when I said I wasn’t interested he still helped me.

Mr. Evan Kane is an exceptional car salesman! He promptly responded to my phone calls and emails as soon as I showed interest in the car. He thoroughly explained every detail about the vehicle, from its features and performance to its maintenance history and financing options, making the entire process clear and stress-free.

We love BMW of Tuscaloosa. Kelsey is a wonderful associate and really takes her time with customers. The service department is also great. Mike is helpful and knowledgeable. The people is what makes this place great. Shout out to D and Bobby too. Everyone is just very kind and professional.

Drew was an absolute pleasure to work with. I did not feel as though I was being haggled as I have felt at other dealerships (outside of BMW). He was so patient with me while I test drove multiple vehicles. He went above and beyond to make sure I was in love with the vehicle I was purchasing. Sean in finance was also wonderful to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my financing structure as well as all of the options I had as far as maintenance is concerned. Kelsey was another team member who pitched in on some information in vehicles. I felt so welcome here!! Matthew took time to make sure I understood the features of my new vehicle! I am in love with my new BMW and really feel like I can drop in at anytime for help from anyone at this dealership and they would jump to the opportunity to assist.
