When I stop by Bedzzz Express. I was greeted by Sarah Grace. She made me feel very excited to be there. She explained everything to me about the beds. By that time, I was sold. Also, when the delivery guys delivered our mattress they were very professional and polite. They made sure that all of our needs were met before they left. We really appreciate them also. I would recommend anyone who's looking for excellent customer service to go and see these guys! Thanks again and I will be back!!!

Sarah Grace was the best mattress salesperson I’ve ever worked with. She knows her stuff. The fact that they were hundreds less than the stores down the street for the exact same mattress was icing on the cake. Highly recommend.

The manager was really helpful in finding the right adjustable frame and mattress for us. And she was able to get next day delivery. The two delivery guys were professional and friendly. They cleaned up all the packaging and were really quick with set up.

Moving my daughter into a new apartment. Amazon sent an aquarium instead of a mattress. Bedzzz Express had a queen hybrid in a box and was super easy to get into her apartment and set up, especially since we did not have a truck. Very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

My daughter is a student at UA. She needed a mattress delivered on her apartment move in day. Sarah Bond, the manager, was terrific and handled it all on the phone in about 5 minutes. They delivered on a Saturday afternoon, as we requested. The delivery team was quick and professional.
