This is the worst bank ever! You can never get anyone on the phone, no matter what time of day you call. I always have to physically drive there which the issue is never resolved. They will give you a different department number to call. I’m not sure what type of calculations they do but my account has ended up negative twice which I check it regularly and when I call about the issue they can NEVER EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPENED! First time they refunded me second time claim they couldn’t do anything because they’ve already waived an overdraft fee. I deposited a check on July 30 but it’s still on “hold” and isn’t expected to be released until August 8. Don’t need it now! However, my account says the transaction was made on august 7 but today is August 3! Hate this bank

I’ve called several times to speak with a manager concerning my account was but on hold for 30 minutes only for the customer service specialist to come back and say they didn’t have a manager available and then disconnected the call, called the next day ask for a manager number or email same scenario put on hold never to return back with a manager or supervisor. I have been with this bank for over 10 years through many transition this is far the worst customer experience I’ve experienced with this bank still trying to get the issue resolved.

I am so glad I came to this bank. They are helpful and have many different ways to assist you on your financial goals. Even if you’re a beginner. Plus the delta skymiles debit card? Yea, this bank is home.

Christen Holman was WONDERFUL. She immediately took us to her office to sort things out, she was kind and funny and treated us like humans and not dollar signs. She has my highest referral.

The bank has went down hill after the merging with truist, and I have to driver anywhere between thirty to forty minutes to get to the bank and the lack of ATM machines I live on the far end of Northport, and their use to be a BB&T bank next to Winn Dixie and it closed and now the only one close is next to Skyland for me it's worth to change to a bank that is close since the service of the bank has gone down so much

I went there like 4 times about the return statement fee and I did turned on paperless statement button and it keeps deducting 5$ every months. Tired of choosing this bank.

I this is the slowest bank I know they don't have no speed about them no matter how many people are in the drive-thur or in the inside to do business. Attitude is turned on at all times and no matter who the hire the current workers seem to rub off on them cause they treat and act the same as the others do. The bank manager will look at how long the lines are and the attitude the workers are given and want say a word not step in to help out or something. Attitude and customer service goes hand and hand and at this bank neither is there.

I definitely preferred the Northport branch. However, this branch isn't all that bad it just takes more time to get things done.

Have used BB&T bank for years! I first opened my account in Atlanta almost 18 years ago. Also, done business with them in Central Florida! Stayed with them when I come back to GA near Newnan and now been using this location in Tuscaloosa, AL since end of 2015 and like all branches...the service is great and they remember you! Never treated like a number... It doesn't matter if you are dressed professional or jeans and a t-shirt, they treat everyone the same!
