Moved down from Virginia in 94 and had a shed here from 94 til about 2015 off and on. Best storage shed business i ever used. That includes Virginia also.

Denise and Ronnie are very kind. I love my storage unit. I’ve had it for over 2 years. My belongings are well protected and don’t smell like they’ve been in a storage unit.

I would NEVER use this facility again!!! My unit number 256 was broken into!!! I have an entire dresser gone my dishes are gone my daughter's Christmas stuff is GONE!!! For them to have a gate and for me to need a code to get in how could my unit have been broken into??! The only people that had access to this unit was me I'm the only person who had keys to the lock! Someone in that place knows exactly what happened and I will be finding out tomorrow with the police!!!

I can not say enough good things about the customer service of this place! After a LONG day of packing and moving, we got to Bama Mini Storage after hours and started unloading the uhaul. It soon became apparent that I had underestimated how much space my son required for his belongings. Our plan was to drive 5 hours back home that night. I called (2 hours after closing) and was so graciously helped. She even honored the original discount I had qualified for. This type of customer service is rare these days.
