“It is a very busy place on a very small lot. Happy business is good, but the owners should invest in a better location with larger lot! Not enough parking available for the amount of vehicles / traffic, very hectic!
The parking spaces you see from the street are angled wrong when Pitts Automotive is on your right. What ends up happening for people who have never visited this location before is you end up driving past Pitts Automotive and taking a right that ends up turning into the neighboring property / business next door. Then you have to get back on the main road to turn left into Pitts Automotive.
When you pull in and attempt to drive around to backside of building you get blocked in by vehicles parked all over the place and are unable to drive around the building to park in the angled spaces at front of building. You are then forced to back up and not hit any vehicles etc, when reversing. It’s like being in a maze!”

“These guys are awesome, they really helped me out. I hit a curb and then realized it was a storm drain?. They stuck with the quote even after realizing the damage was worse than they originally thought, got me a tire and new wheel (which i wasn’t expecting). It took a little longer than I thought but I understand. An associate of mine recommended them and I’m glad I listened, I have other cars so I’ll be back.”

“We had a great experience with Justin at Tuscaloosa Toyota—he was communicative and helpful throughout the entire car-buying process. He really took care of us, make the process efficient, and we didn't feel pressured or anything!
However, while our experience in the finance department was good, it was not as positive. The documentation process went smoothly and efficiently, however the finance representative was a bit pushy about additional warranty options, even after we politely declined, and we felt rushed through some of that paperwork. We had to stop the process for a second to ensure we didn't sign up for something we didn't want.
Overall, we’re very happy with the car, but my wife and I agreed that some of the pushiness in the finance deptartment just kinda took the mood down a bit.

It can be intimidating for a car-ignorant person like myself to get car maintenance (am I getting up charged? Does my car really need that?), but I never have to worry about that here. Plus, Karla always puts a smile on my face. Even when Karla isn't here, I've had good experiences, but she makes it a great experience every time. 10/10”

I've been trying to find someone local to work on my Jaguar that was leaking coolant, and after calling several shops, this place had no problem.We showed up right before 8am and no one was there. After waiting about 5 minutes, we were about to leave. I tried calling and no answer. I walked back up to the front door and they were unlocking the doors. This was the bad first impression, but everything was uphill from here.They had my car diagnosed by 11am with a fair quote.
