“Had a great experience getting a new battery. One of the workers tested my old battery and determined that it was the issue and swapped to my battery in less than 15 minutes. Didn’t have any tools on me, so I wasn’t able to swap it myself. They were glad to swap it out for me with no complaints or issues. “Truckworx is by far the greatest company I deal with on a daily basis. As the maintenance manager for one of Tuscaloosa’s largest trucking companies they go above and beyond the call of duty for us. Their parts department is second to none with the customers best interest at hand at all times. They beat everyone’s prices and meet or exceed even my expectations. The service department is in a league of their own. I can’t even estimate how many times they have came in on days off and stayed late to get my drivers back on the road. The entire company has one goal and it’s to please the customer. If your ever in need of help or even a quick question everyone one there will always go the extra mile to help you.”

I genuinely do not believe that I have ever been to an auto parts store that was so customer-service oriented. Today, I came into the store in need of "Fix a Flat." After helping me find my originally-intended item, this particular team member listened to my current issues, and he advised me of a possibly better solution.
