Purposely went to the store to add whatever coverage I needed to avoid any unnecessary charges on a recent family cruise. That visit was great. The girl that helped me noted that I had appropriate coverage in Mexico but needed to buy a package for $5/day to cover the days at sea which I gladly agreed to. However, after setting sail, I began receiving automated messages stating that we had incurred extra charges. When I went back to the store to address, I was told by another girl that all she could not help me that I would have to call ATT which is never less that a half day endeavor. I was told, “All I do is sell phones.” Worst attitude and customer service I’ve ever received especially considering that I attempted to avoid that specific thing from the get go.

Amber, Marco, Antonio ,Ladreaios,Paula, Went into the store after going into all the other AT&T's had a new phone everyone at the other stores was just so short and negative not attentive. They all had other stuff going on but as soon as I walked into this store in Northport it just was a different feel a different vibe I felt so welcome and they were so helpful so excited I'm gonna tell everyone to just use this this branch.

There was a really great work Jaklisha she immediately helped us I came in wanting a new phone and line and she got right to it. She was very helpful and I would shop there again. Just overall friendly with great customer service skills

I just don't understand the ATT sales reps. No sales skills. The manager greeted us and put us on a list by MY NAME, I was approached about 15 mins later by a different person who was snot nosed, coughing, sneezing and never used my name. I wasn't expecting her to help me and it caught me off guard. I let her know I was interested in 2 of the better Samsung 23 model phones, which are over 1k.When we asked what was available, because we had called ahead to ensure there was a few phones there, she acted like I had to be very specific with color or between the 2 phones before she would even go look to see.. I guess those big handheld Ipads they use are decorations.I was notified there was limited choices, and that I probably didn't want them so I should just order one. Unbelievable. No sales whatsoever, no instincts to get a phone in my hand. She was truly bothered it seemed to get me a phone.I thanked her for her time, and left. If I wanted to order a phone, I wouldn't have drove 30 miles to this store that I was told had some in stock. I can order phones from home on the app. Rude.

We visited the store to purchase a watch as a gift, and upgrade my phone. The woman that was helping us was great helping us. Sadly I forgot her name after the incounter with the manager on duty Marco. The woman helping us offered to look at our plan to try to save us money. "Not today please, just need the devices" is what I told her. She said ok. She went to the back to retrieve the phone I requested, the manager went in the back at the same time. She comes back with the phone and we sat for a while I assumed she was working on my order. No... she was not. She looks up after doing the work and says if we changed the plan it would save us $5.01. 18 years of being a customer... we have done this dance before. I again said respectfully no. The manager told her to work up what changing my plan would come out to. So after I said no again. She calls the manager to the table and explains to him changing the plan would SAVE! US $5.01 but we don't want to change it. So the manager looks completely confused and looks at us and says but why? Why don't you want to change? I said "respectfully because I already said no, I pointed to the woman helping us and told him she did her job and already offered and I said no. I already told her no, I don't have time and don't want to." NO means no. Again he asks, "is there a reason?" So in total I said no about 4-5 times nicely and my husband twice. I understand pushing a sale but there is a line that was crossed. Today AT&T Lost out on about $1,500 in product sales today as well as us adding an additional line to our plan that already has 7 lines on it. So now, I guess the rest of the day will be shopping around for new service because this is not the first time we have had major issues.

Kameron was wonderful to work with! I had several questions and he was so patient, understood my questions and he resolved all my issues! I cannot express enough appreciation for all his assistance, but know if I ever need help with my phones, tablet, or tv service, I feel total confidence I will receive the help I need.

Amber was awesome ? She helped me add my insurance to my plan. We weren't sure about having the insurance added at the time. But she was very helpful and knowledgeable.

My Rep was very helpful even thou my situation was confusing. But she listened and understood what I was trying to do and got what I needed done. She asked me about my prior TV service, but I declined and he didn't pressure me into it by asking again. She just asked if I knew anyone who needed tv service send them her way. And when I remembered I needed a case and screen protector. She showed me the options and also reminded me about a wall charger adapter. I wish I could get her every time I visited AT&T.

Worst service ever!!! Go to the store by Olive Garden and see Rachel she is awesome!! The one by hooligans is the worst it's like they don't want you to be there. Jk at the AT&T by hooligans is rude and disrespectful and the manager doesn't care either. I never review places but when you get treated so poorly I had to speak up. I wish I could give zero stars.
