Brittany at the front desk is awesome, she always makes you feel welcome, she shows understanding and cares for her patients. Lesley is great as well, she sit down with me and explained the treatment plans, she was so kind and sweet. Amy the office manager, she is such a great person she understood my needs, and helped me with getting my appointments scheduled. They staff here has an overall great experience, when you walk in, you’re greeted with kindness, even when you get to the dental chair, they’re so kind and sweet! Josie my dental hygienist was amazing! She was sweet and had great bed side manner! Overall 10/10!! I highly recommend! Thanks Aspen Dental!! ♥️❤️♥️

My experience was pleasant from beginning to end, I had another dentist that I frequented and this dentist pointed out some issues that I have and sure was always there, but the previous dentist never addressed. I was very pleased with my visit and glad I made the switch.

I will give the receptionists a 10 they gave excellent customers service skills, etc.
My problem is
i will not have mrs.akin do any service on me any more, why ? Because I had one small piece of bone across the gum that needed to remove she grab a handful of numbing needles out of the shelves ; I turned around and counted them .. the total was 6 . I refused to allowed her to continue, after I counted them ,then she turned around and tried to hide them... I never ever seen that happen before normally they would lay them on the table/ on top of the white towels or something . Then she said "I am just doing the right thing". In my mind I am trying to see what is the right thing of what ? what is she up too .. I never ever heard a dentist tells me something like this before...I said no I said it doesn't make any sense to used that many needles for one small piece of bone across the gums; and I will not be shaking for days .I see you used those many or so to pulled multiple tooth or all of them to make sure its numbing very well ". I got up ! Then she followed me and the help towards the desk. I never ever experienced anything like this before. the question in my mind is if you have so many clients why followed someone towards the front instead of dealing with your clients ... Normally the assistant or the help walk the client to the front

A friendly environment the workers are very good at what they do I had my wisdom tooth out and didn’t have any after pain good work to the dentist and while I was having my procedure done they made me feel real calm

Took very good care of me and got me seen for extractions the next day after the visit. Very friendly staff, and they seem to have good chemistry together. Needless to say, I found my dentist.
