“Royal Furniture has always been my first choice when it comes to furniture shopping. During one of my earliest experiences I met a sales lady named Jennifer at the store in Tuscaloosa. She is very knowledgeable about their products and is very professional. Never has she made me feel rushed nor is she pushy like other salespeople. It has been several years now and Jennifer is always the lady I ask for when shopping there. She’s my “go to”.”

“First, I am in no way associated with this company other than buying a part from them.I was admittedly a little hesitant based solely on some of the negative reviews, but had them recommended to me by a friend. I’d initially ordered a cheap Chinese washer inlet valve on Amazon, but it leaked right out of the box. I was only able to find the OEM (Made in the USA) part online from 1 retailer and was looking at a week shipping time, so I went ahead and called this company.I spoke to a lady, I believe her name was Shannon, who was perfectly friendly and helpful. She told me she could get the USA-made OEM part (for the same price as the 1 online retailer, by the way) and could have it by Wed (I called her on a Monday). They called me Tuesday around lunchtime and said the part got there quicker than expected and was ready to be picked up. Had my wife pick it up after work, got it home, confirmed it was the OEM American-made part, installed it and it worked as expected.I generally take reviews with a grain of salt because people tend to only leave one when they’re upset, so I felt compelled to leave a good one. Couldn’t have asked for better service.”

“We had an excellent experience buying a washer & dryer from Applico. Quality, knowledgeable, personal service with quick turnaround from ordering to installation. The best part: we had an electrical issue with our fuse box upon installation. They knew of an electrician in the area who was able to turn up on the spot and take care of it for a nominal fee. So pleased with the personal service and quality and happy to do business with a local family-owned company after bad experiences with big box stores.”
