First, I am in no way associated with this company other than buying a part from them.I was admittedly a little hesitant based solely on some of the negative reviews, but had them recommended to me by a friend. I’d initially ordered a cheap Chinese washer inlet valve on Amazon, but it leaked right out of the box. I was only able to find the OEM (Made in the USA) part online from 1 retailer and was looking at a week shipping time, so I went ahead and called this company.I spoke to a lady, I believe her name was Shannon, who was perfectly friendly and helpful. She told me she could get the USA-made OEM part (for the same price as the 1 online retailer, by the way) and could have it by Wed (I called her on a Monday). They called me Tuesday around lunchtime and said the part got there quicker than expected and was ready to be picked up. Had my wife pick it up after work, got it home, confirmed it was the OEM American-made part, installed it and it worked as expected.I generally take reviews with a grain of salt because people tend to only leave one when they’re upset, so I felt compelled to leave a good one. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

I have always relied on this store for my appliance parts. Very knowledgeable and will answer any questions if they can. I have been in there and had another customer answer my questions.

This is the best place to get help with your appliances. Shannon is amazing, got my part for my dryer and got one of the guys to come out to fix it. They are very friendly, and awesome with customer service.

Lady at counter was friendly and helpful even tested my old part they had what I needed in stock fixed my dryer the same day and wasn't much price difference from online

I've bought several scratch and dent appliances from them over the years. Never had an issue. They do offer warranties and delivery on their products as well.

They charged 40 dollars and grave me what was clearly a used part for a water valve that's 20 new online. Just buy online rather then letting them take advantage of you.

They did not have my part in stock but could order and have in 2 days. I mentioned it was available on line and they matched the price. I offered to pay in full but they said it wasn't necessary. When my part arrived they said I was misquoted the price and would not honor their quote. I left and ordered on line....repair delayed another 2 days.

1 star is too good for this place. Worst customer service at any open to the general public store in Tuscaloosa. And it is not just one of the people that work there, it is all of them. They are all rude, disrespectful and condescending. Buy your parts online and put this sorry place out of business like they deserve.
