“We have lived here for a year and a half. Thus far everything has been quiet and well maintained. We feel very safe. Maintenance requests are usually taken care of in less than half a day after submitted (in some cases within the hour). I use the amenities often and find the staff there polite and helpful. I am so surprised by the negative comments. That being said, we are quiet and respectful of our neighbors and the property we rent, we pay rent on time, and try not to have unrealistic expectations about the timing in which requests are addressed as this is a large apartment complex with only a finite number of employees. I would and have recommended people to live here.”

“I’ve recently been looking for my own place to live, I wanted to be close to where I work. An old teammate of mine suggested City Heights at Skyland. I quickly called and was greeted by an amazing young woman named Dominique Larriett. She told me all about the apartment buildings and went to great detail of what I would be expecting. I quickly jumped in my car and met her in person, I quickly got the move in process started, I just had a hunch this would be the place for me. With exceptional service, I have been enjoying my stay in my new apartment. Thank you Ms. Dominique Larriett for your great service and I hope you all take my testimony and give City Heights at Skyland the same chance I did.”

“My son has lived at Lark for the last 3 years. Unfortunately, they have had some issues with fallout from poor construction, but I feel like they are doing their best to make the complex the best it can be. I love the fact that they have covered parking and that the apartments are furnished. I also love how each room has its own lease because one year he had a roommate leave school early and we didn’t have to absorb their portion of the rent. The amenities will be top notch once all the construction is finished! Also, their front desk team has always done an outstanding job. Apartment rent in general is crazy expensive. But in my opinion, compared to what we paid previously for an unfurnished 1-bedroom and what we got in return, Lark is a great value for the money.”

“5 stars for the new Management! Katherine the community manager, Antonio the Assistant manager and Dewayne the Maintenance Supervisor are here to turn this community around. I have read the past reviews which were all under the past management employees and management company. Greystar has come in with the new manager Katherine and you can already see the improvement that is happening in all areas of the community. She has been putting on fun events, is always available to help with anything and is the reason that I decided to renew my lease. My prior experience may have been a bit bumpy but I know that my future experience is going to be completely different.”
“This place is great! The workers are amazing, the rooms are big, and the view is good. The maintenance is good, they take a little while to get back to you sometimes but they are always very friendly and try to fix everything they can. The pool is nice, the lobby is great (you can print anything for class with the computers there), and again the people who work there are so great. The only thing i will say is the elevators are kinda old and don’t go very fast and that can be a little bit of a pain at times.”
