I am very impressed with the entire staff. They took very good care of our cat and were able to properly diagnose a problem that the other veterinary clinics could not. Dr. Bailey is wonderful!

Took my dog here once and wasn't impressed. When they first took my dog back, they didn't even ask about any history with the dog. After the assessment of our dog, the vet treated us like we wouldn't be able to afford any treatment for the dog. It was a little disrespectful.

Alberta vet will forever have a piece of my heart. Dr Bailey and Dr Hammond are truly the most caring, knowledgeable, and loving doctors. I drive from Birmingham to see them in tuscaloosa because their opinion and expertise are worth it. I'm so thankful and blessed to have found this group who take such good care of my puppins.

Dr. Bailey is the best. She was so great at explaining what to expect when my dog was sick with hemorrhagic gastroenteritis. I really appreciate the care that she showed towards my dog and me.

I have never experienced this much love and compassion for my fur babies. I will never forget the care I have been given this weekend. And I will never be able to thank Dr. Bailey and Dr. Hammonds enough for all they have done, and will continue to do. Alberta Vet is the absolute best vet facility I have ever been to. They go above and beyond any expectations.

Dr. Hammond and Dr. Bailey are wonderful veterinarians! The staff is helpful, and the doctors are so thorough. They always take the time to explain every test, option, outcome and treatment. We tried other vet offices closer to us when we moved, but Alberta is worth the extra time driving because I have found them to be trustworthy, kind, and affordable. When we lost our pet cat in their office, they gave us their pawprint and sent us a condolences card. How personal and thoughtful!! I cannot say enough good about them, I will always recommend them and take our pets to them!

One of the best vets in Tuscaloosa ! Dr.Hammond & staff are very nice, patient and friendly they will get all of your pets needs taking care of the right way and they’re very affordable.. l highly recommended!

Can’t say enough about Dr. Hammond but called a week ago with an emergency with my cat and was told by receptionist that she could not fit me in ? nev r put me on hold to ask the Dr.. Sorry, that rubbed me the wrong way.. I called AMC off watermelon and Dr. Roberts fit me in.. it cost a bit more but it’s worth it when their over all services is exceptional.

Very sweet people and always meets the needs of any animal. I had to put down my dog and several people sat in the floor with me and cried and held him with me and that meant so much to me! I can never put into words my experience with them sitting beside me. I will never go anywhere else.

We have four Labs and a Jack Russell terrier that are patients of Alberta Vet. Dr’s Hammond and Bailey give excellent care!! The techs and office staff are very knowledgeable. They saved 2 of our dogs lives and we are eternally grateful. They always want to hear what you have to say and really draw you in to your pet’s care which is always appreciated. I wouldn’t dream of going to another vet!!
