I am writing to provide feedback regarding the service I have received as a business account holder at your branch. While I appreciate the convenience and benefits of having a business account with Alabama One, I would like to highlight an area that requires improvement.Specifically, the speed of service at the branch has been noticeably slow, resulting in significant waiting times. On my recent visit, I had to wait for approximately 30 minutes before being attended to. As a business owner, time is of utmost importance, and such delays can be quite frustrating and detrimental to my productivity.To address this issue, I believe it is crucial for the branch to allocate additional staff members to handle customer transactions promptly. By increasing the number of employees available at the branch, you can effectively reduce waiting times and enhance the overall customer experience.I would like to emphasize that this feedback is intended to help improve the service quality at Alabama One. I value the professionalism and expertise of your staff, as well as the range of services provided by the bank. However, the prolonged waiting times have been a persistent concern for me and, I assume, other business account holders as well.Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback. I hope that you take appropriate measures to address this issue promptly. As a loyal customer, I believe that with the necessary improvements, Alabama One can continue to provide excellent service to its customers, including those with business accounts.I look forward to witnessing positive changes in the near future.

My husband and I are new to this bank. We were told about mobile deposit when we opened our accounts, which my husband was excited about since he receives paper checks from work. When he deposited his check using mobile deposit, the check was not displayed in full in our account. We waited a few days, but the full amount would still not show up. I went to ask what was wrong and why we were not seeing the full amount. I was told that corporate was unsure of whether the check was legitimate, so they were essentially holding on to it for several days to make sure. I asked if I could just stop the transaction and bring the check in for an in person deposit. I was told I could not-it was too late. They graciously gave me $250 to hold us over until the check cleared. However, they ended up holding the remainder of the check for a full week. In that time, we accrued almost $40 in nonsufficient fund fees in addition to late fees on bills that we could not pay because we could not use our money. This is only our first week at this bank. I am not impressed and considering closing the account and trying elsewhere.

For some reason, this location and the Northport location almost always says there is a hold on deposited checks, but you can leave and drive straight to another location and they will deposit the check without issue. There is no consistency or rules I’m assuming, it just depends on the mood of the teller. I was transferred in as a Tuscaloosa credit union member, but have decided to move our family’s money elsewhere after yet another drive across town.

I've been banking here for years and have never had any issues. Employees are friendly and helpful. I set up an account for my child and the employee was very helpful through the process and even talked with my child as well.

Last straw. I've been banking with ACU for the last 10+ years, and I cannot anymore. The website/mobile app always seems to go down at the worst possible times when I need to check my account or transfer funds the most. Today, it has been down for at least 30 minutes and I have an emergency. I'm switching banks, and I should have a long time ago. Get it together, this is unacceptable in 2020. The online infrastructure is a garbage fire.

I usually have a great experience at this Alabama credit union. Today my boyfriend and i came in bc of charges on his card that needed to be disputed for a second time because they said they did the last time but it never happened. We are trying to explain to the cashier about it and she was looking at us like we are stupid and was being entirely too rude. This has been the worst experience I’ve had at this one and it is very upsetting!

The staff at the bank are great and everything is always kept. My only issue is that when I call it have to hold for a MINIMUM of 5mins before I can get anyone to answer. Today i called and before i got someone to answer i was on hold for 12 mins. Used to be that I would call and immediately get a person but within the last few months the calling system is one of the worst over had to deal with. Once I do get a person they are always helpful. I love my bank but I wish they would fix the issue with customers who need to speak with someone.
