I recently visited Vape Escape in Trussville, Alabama and was blown away by their exceptional service and selection of products. The store had a wide variety of e-liquids, mods, and accessories to choose from, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. In particular, I want to give a shout out to Matt, who went above and beyond to help me find the perfect vape setup. He was patient, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about all of the products in the store. Thanks to his expertise, I was able to find exactly what I was looking for and have been enjoying my new vape ever since.The atmosphere at Vape Escape was also top-notch. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a welcoming vibe that made me feel right at home. The prices were reasonable, and I appreciated that they had a loyalty program that rewarded repeat customers.Overall, I had an amazing experience at Vape Escape and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality vape store. If you're in the Trussville area, be sure to stop by and say hi to Matt - he's an amazingly helpful employee who truly cares about his customers.

Bought a geek vape 10 days later it doesn't work I try to bring it back he tells me tough s*** you'll have to send it back to the dealer I will never shop there again horrible business person

Junk juice. Bought 2 bottles of twist pink punch no.1 and both were a little oxidized so didn't think nothing of it as it happens, but usually doesnt effect taste. These tasted horrible to where i cant even bring myself to vape them. Price was around $5/bottle higher than what i usually pay also. Only reason i gave 2 stars is bc the customer service was great and guy in there was as nice and helpful as could be

Been a customer since they opened. Fun atmosphere and always bringing in new items. Coils and glass for almost every device out there. Prices are competitive with vape shops nearby. Definitely worth coming in and checking out what they have to offer.

Best customer service of any vape/smoke shop at which I've ever made a purchase. Splendiferous selection of Δ(8/9/10) and (6aR,10aR)-delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol (O/P) products as well; best brick and mortar pricing too.
