They can always get my vehicle in for repair. Honest mechanics that take pride in their work.Every time I find something out of the ordinary I stop on in and they will quickly go and take a look without hesitation.Scott is usually the mechanic who works on my 2008 dodge Ram and does a great job getting me back on the road quickly.I have a lifetime warranty on my truck on almost everything and trying to get it into the dealer for diagnosis and repair is two weeks minimum. But I have no problem taking it to panos to get the job done quick and at a reasonable price. The quality and speed of getting my truck back is worth the extra price above warranty deductible.By far the best automotive repair shop in Trussville.

We used their facilities for storage, it’s extremely easy to get in and out of. The staff was very helpful in getting us set up and ready to answer all questions! We will definitely be reaching out if we need to store a boat or RV again in the future!

Edit … 9/27/23 … Took my son’s Mustang here yesterday to see if they could fix his door and they did an amazing job once again.I can’t say enough good things about this place man.Highly recommendBrian and Tim are amazing … Absolutely amazing.I was rear ended my a guy with no insurance and no job but that’s another story for another day.They fixed my exhaust for only $300.They have my business forever now.Before and after photos here … Amazing job man.

Brown Automotive couldn’t fix A/C or Radiator Fan issue in my car . Two other car shops also denied even attempting. Panos wasn’t afraid of the job , Rewired and fixed all electrical issues . Found the leak in my A/C system , fixed that issue and recharged. All done for a great price , highly recommend to anyone .Services: General repairs & maintenance

Honest, able to get tire sensors to work when Covenant Tires could not. Able to put 5,000 miles until next synthetic oil change on reminder sticker when Express Oil change said they could not. They reattached my bumper that had pulled loose at no charge. I cannot say enough good about this place! For a single women I want a place I can trust…I found it at Panos!

I have been a Panos customer for 12 years. I have had everything from routine oil/tire/battery service as well as more significant repairs done. They have been accommodating when I’ve had no appointment. They have tried to find ways to save me money. I feel confident that they do their best for me and my vehicles. I have been using Panos for many, many years going back to when Johnny Panos owned it. Since Johnny retired, his son Brain took over the business and it still remains top notch in terms of quality and customer service! I've always taken all of our family's vehicles to Panos to address a multitude of items from timing chains to brake jobs to tires and the quality of work is always above stellar. For example, about four years ago I took my daughter's first car to a competitor who opened a new shop in Trussville based on a recommendation from a friend at church for a timing chain/actuator issue and their estimate was $2300. I took it to Panos and had the same work completed for $950 and the quality of the repair was five star. Shouldn't have tried to stray away! I've also purchased tires from Panos in the past and paid less than I would have at Sam's club mounted and balanced! Just recently, Brian and Tim installed a 6 inch lift kit on my Titan that I purchased and brought to them hat in hand and they were totally on board with it and knew immediately how to install it as soon as they saw the brand of the lift! WOW, does it look and ride excellent now and I saved a ton compared to taking it to one of those custom lift shops!! Honestly, I've never seen anything these guys can't do to get a car up and running when it's down or even add those custom parts to make it look fantastic! I highly recommend using Panos for all your vehicle needs, they will treat you fairly and honestly!Services: Electrical repair
