Yesterday, Tuesday Aug 27, I took my truck to Panos Automotive for a tire repair and reinstallation of the wheel and removal of the spare
They were extremely busy, but one of the mechanics knocked it out immediately for me, while he had another vehicle on a rack for an oil change.
I'm a repeat customer, though the last work was done back in 2019.
The price was fair, and you can't beat the service I received. Plus, they gave me a generous Veteran discount.
I will not hesitate to use Panos Automotive for all my future vehicle service and repair needs.

You ever have a horrible day when everything seems to go wrong. I was having one of those days. The only bright spot was working with Tim who diagnosed my van’s problem and got it fixed faster and cheaper than anybody else could. I trust these guys with all my car repairs.

Zero stars!!!!! I dropped my car off to yall in March it’s July 30th. It’s to the point you will not answer the phone for me any more. When I do get throw yall immediately put me on hold and never come back to the phone. Yall obviously hiding something. I just want my car back Tim

They had my car diagnosed and fixed 1 day after me leaving it with them, even though they were super busy and I wasn't even expecting it to be diagnosed for a couple days. Super friendly professional staff. I will absolutely use them in the future for my auto needs.
