Simple: Prescription reading glasses!
Placed a call for an update when not received after 3 weeks and discovered the order was not submitted. When finally received, discovered glasses were made with the wrong prescription.
A new order was resent with my actual prescription and I finally received reading glasses with my actual prescription

I tried to buy glasses that y’all advertise on your website in store to find out the glasses y’all advertise on your website you can’t actually get I tried to reach out to corporate, but the corporate number is no longer working. Very very disappointing

I do not recommend. I went here as it was more convenient than my normal eye doctor as I recently started working in the trussville area. The staff were not terrible (besides the salesman) but their process was awful. I was take back to an exam room to be seen. The provider dilated my eyes and then stuck me out in the waiting room to look at glasses with a sales man. Even after I told the provider I wasn’t getting glasses there. I felt belittled by the salesman for requesting to get my script to get glasses else where. He informed me the place I was wanting to go would not have the glasses I needed. He ended the conversation with “I think I have said all I needed to say” Since when did going to the eye doctor turn into being haggled by a salesman? Not to mention my eyes for dilated and the extremely bright lights were immediately giving me a headache. No sunglasses were giving to be until after I said something. I had already expressed that my eyes are normally sensitive to light. They finally pulled me back to the exam room to finish the visit. I am now following up with my normal eye physician and having to pay out of pocket. I will never trade quality for convenience again. Went back to my normal eye physician to be given a totally different script.

I shopped for glasses in several other businesses before I went to My Eye Doctor in Trussville. I walked in to a welcoming and friendly staff. They were busy with several customers, but they were attentive and accommodating while I looked. When I narrowed my search, Matthew assisted me further. He was very knowledgeable and friendly as we discussed my options. I placed my order and left with a positive feeling about my experience and purchase. Based on this visit, I would recommend My Eye Doctor as a glasses provider above others in the area.

The whole staff was amazing from the front desk, to the technician, to Dr. Holly Rodell, to the ladies who taught me how to put in contacts. Everyone was polite and very kind. I ask a ton of questions and nobody got frustrated with me. I highly recommend them!!

The Pediatric eye doctor lied to me that the dilation drops would only last 2-3 hours. I called later in the day to ask if something was wrong when my children's eyes were still dilated several hours after their appointments, the story was that this was "perfectly normal." THAT NIGHT when I discovered via a simple Google search that children's eye dilation can last up to 24 hours, I realized how much of a liar the eye doctor was. In addition, the office staff literally held my children down to give these eye drops. No one ever has their my consent to hold my children down, not that they asked. I will never go back to this eye doctor again. If you want a good doctor, don't go to a Doc in the Box, lesson learned.
