Good experience, no problems with the service. Only complaint, and it is not a biggie, but having to go through the 11 point presentation is not necessary .

I went in to have and oil change.The guy did and inspection,and he mentioned rotating the tires also.They did the oil change ,and then he proceeded to rotate the tires but he stop and told me the lug nuts was rounded off ,but he stated he didn't do it but I heard him with the impact wrench trying to take the lugs off my car.Dont have your tires rotated at Jiffy lube in Trussville

I was traveling from Texas to Tennessee and when my car alerted I needed an oil change.. my technician got me in and out within 15 minutes. Service was immaculate and my technician’s customer service skills were on point.
