The floors were sticky inside my room and in the common area. I had to wash my feet before getting into bed because they were dirty from walking barefoot on the carpet in my room.It needs an update and they need to use fresh mop water for the floors.

May be time to replace mattress in the room I was in. Almost like a box spring. Someone's jogging shorts were on the floor behind a rolling furniture against the wall left behind by previous visitor.Safety: Felt quite secure. Easy to navigate to room, elevators conveniently located and quick.Food & drinks: Good good selection and quality.Noteworthy details: There was a door not to our room that rattled LOUDLY every time it was opened and shut. Obviously, the cleaning crew should have moved the furniture around while cleaning to make sure they removed left behind items. Convenient location. Friendly staff

I’m am currently here they charge us 224.00 that is with a 50.00 deposit the room ironing board is broken the pad has big yellow stains on it. The room does not have a clock ⏰ in it the phone does not work so if there is an emergency ? there is no means of contact with the front desk the shower head is a dollar tree shower head and it does not work properly the shower water is very weak they offer wifi that also was not available the sinks has slow drainages look at the picture. she said the room cost 145.00 and all these other fees was charged to my account the room is okay other than all that I stated the receptionist could not do anything about the inconvenience because she stated she is not allowed so I am waiting for a manager at 8 am to arrive so this is to be continued

Exactly what we needed. It was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. A little more expensive than I would have liked, but all in all it was worth it. Definitely will be back!!Rooms: Very clean and comfortable.

I had trouble with the front desk staff and the condition of the room was unacceptable. When I opened the door to the room I was overwhelmed by a stench that smelled of wet dog and strong cleaners used to cover it up. It was clear that there was a mold situation. My daughter asked immediately to change rooms. I asked the front desk ladies if they could move us to another room and they said no, they were completely booked for the night. I asked to be moved next door to the Garden Inn and the said they are full too without even checking their system. The one lady offered to cancel our reservation but did not offer to help us relocate to another Hilton property. I was forced to sit down in the lobby to try to find another location. While I was looking, they checked in at least three other people. I don’t understand why they would not have swapped our reservation with ours. I finally found a new location and while I was asking the lady to cancel and print a confirmation of our cancellation, they rented a room to someone who did not have a previous reservation.Rooms: Room 121 has a serious problem mold problem. When you read the hotel reviews, this is a known issue.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE!!!!Lady at night desk was so extremely rude I was part of a reservation they had already arrived earlier in the day before me. I arrived late at night, fresh off a very very long drive, hoping to have a smooth check-in experience as well, but that didn't happen first she looked at me like I was bothering her as I waited for her to open the double doors secondly the first things she says to me is "do you need something" I informed her there should be a key for me because I'm apart of a reservation she just kept repeating in a annoyed tone "I just got here ain't nobody told me nothing about a key being left" even after I told her my name was on the room at that point I was way too tired to go back and forth with someone who clearly hates their job so I left out parked all the way in the back because there was also no where to park carried my heavy bag all the way around to the front just to be meet with more eye rolls when she had to open the door again as if pressing a button at the front desk is so hard for her as I walked by she asked "did you find where you need to be" at that point I told her "don't talk to me your useless" and continued to proceeded to my room.This experience was the worst I have ever had at any hotel. I will never stay here again.

What is that smell? Entering the hotel the work crews are parked willy nilly, in the way of customers with trucks left running etc. For the price of the corporate rate this place has much overall wear and tear when you start to look closely. Three star rating is very generous. The smell of some sanitizing agents that are used to cover up some other deep mildew or fungus issue. The carpet in the corridor carpet has been treated with the massive dose of chemicals overwhelming some other smell.

Be careful checking in here. We booked online and were charged an additional $58.50 for an animal that we aren’t traveling with. So far, we have been unable to recoup our money so I’ve contacted an attorney. I asked them to view the video footage to prove we did not have this animal they charged us for. They can’t even tell us what kind of animal we had. This place sucks. The manager won’t call me back. Do not stay here!! They are thieves.

I do not recommend staying here. I expect a lot more from Hilton brands. Room was very small and smelled like wet dog. The outlets and usb chargers by the beds wouldn’t hold a plug, they just fell out. Maintenance guy said he didn’t have parts to replace it and gave us an extension cord with 3 plugs. The headboards are worn out and peeling, shower had mold in all corners. Ceiling looked like it was falling in. You could hear everything from the loud next door room. Our door stick and would not close all the way unless slammed, then hard to open. Beds were hard and had cheap scratchy sheets. Sticky carpet and sticky tile. We were told they were full so we couldn’t switch rooms. Staff was nice and breakfast was good. The pillows were comfy.
