“Wonderful customer service! I called them to ask if they had an Ethernet to USB adapter and the man who answered looked on their shelves for me, but they were out at the time. But he even went into the back and looked in some boxes for them. He called me back and said that he couldn't find them there but that his father in law (I believe he said the owner of the store?) Has a storage unit and believed he had one there. Truly went above and beyond to try and help me find this item.”

“Great deals and a great selection of audio gear. I've had nothing but great experiences at BNC. The owner is always willing to make a fair deal. The showroom is a bit cramped, but it's packed full of great quality equipment. Anyone who does Audio or Video work should check it out.”
