A specific associate in the shoe department is very rude and condescending. If you are shopping with a stroller or wheelchair, you will not be welcomed and you will certainly not be able to get around, as the store is very unorganized with boxes and items everywhere. Extremely disappointed in the treatment I received today while I was simply trying on shoes. Will not be returning.

No plus size little girls section like at the hoover site. Was disappointed we had to drive further out because of this. Gave it a three because workers were very friendly and helpful.

I don't know how these stores stay open. One lady working on whole second floor. Had to wait in line to get waited on and then she didn't have a clue how to do what we needed. She called manager and she couldn't help us with wedding gift registry either. They were both nice as could be but...lol
