Charles spent time with us and provided the specification of each mattress as we struggled choicing a mattress suited my wife and myself the best. Can't tell how long we were there, just that Charles did not rush us as we struggled between the vast number of mattresses on display.

Salesperson, Jerome, was excellent. Not only was he professional, he was kind & funny. He is a great people person, not pushy but very informative. He helped us select 2 new mattresses and made phone calla on one to see if another location had it in stock. I would highly recommend this store, especially if you are fortunate enough to have Jerome as your salesperson!
