I went in and couldn't find what I was looking for, so I asked the staff there and they were able to guide me to the product quickly. They were friendly and offered a suggestion, which was NOT the most expensive, and made me feel secure / confident in the purchase. I saw other staff go out to someone's car and help them with a battery, which is nice to see as other stores do not offer to do this service. I'll definitely come back here again next time. The only issue is that the parking lot is hard to get into and can be a little cramped at times.”

“I had an awesome experience at Harbison Tire & Auto Service with Curtis Russell. I showed up on referral without an appointment with my tires off the wheels of my zero turn mower. Upon entering the building, I saw at least 12 sets of keys (open tickets) on the counter. Curtis stopped and helped me without hesitation and got me out in less than 15 minutes. But there’s more, he did this without charging me a dime. Customer service is a lost art, but they nailed it. Thanks again Harbison Tire & Auto Service!!!!!! I’ll see you soon.”
