Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Equipment and facilities are always clean. Weights are always re-racked. I enjoy the personal training program as well as the friends I have made!

This place is fantastic . Because of their affordable kid zone I am finally able to get back in the gym after having my 2nd baby. The gym is clean and the staff are friendly. My 2 yr old loves going and playing with the other children.

Founded in 2010 in Hoover, AL, 24e was opened by Wayne Alford. Having been a member of many gyms in the Birmingham area, Wayne knew the biggest concerns most people have when it comes to choosing a gym are costs, cleanliness, hours, and well-maintained equipment and facilities. He took those concerns & designed the first 24e location around them.
