Honestly would leave a 0 star if I could. Pest control is terrible cause the whole complex is constantly infested with bugs, rent is extremely too high for it to be this small, downstairs is terrible because all you hear is the creaking floor from upstairs neighbors along with footsteps, and when you first move in everything is basically painted over. Highly wouldn’t recommend staying here at all‼️

A very bad experience: the apartment was not cleaned when I moved in, yet they took $85 out of my security deposit for “General Cleaning,” even though I cleaned the apartment and left it cleaner than I found it. What kind of character does that? They took another $50 from my deposit as “Admin Fee,” even though their own lease made no provision for this. And then they took $25 more for “Drip Pans,” even though I never used them, and their own apartment condition form, where I reported “rust on oven,” does not mention them. All this money should be returned to me, and twice I took time to go explain this in person to Alecia, in the leasing office. Both times, she promised to investigate and to respond. Both times, she broke her promise. Almost every day since I moved out in August 2022, I have texted or called to remind her. No reply and no answer, ever. I feel cheated and humiliated.

The entire complex is completely infested with roaches. Pest control comes once a month but does very little to resolve the issues. The interior of the apartment has very little maintenance, was not cleaned at all before we moved in, mold and hair inside the fridge and bathroom. There was also a thick syrup substance on the inside of the cabinets, so we had to line them.

Small amount living space, but enough for 1-2 people. Close to the university, about a 5-10 minute walk from campus. There were some bug issues, but the apartment covers pest control once a month. It really isn't a bad place to live if you want to live alone and need to get to class in Troy.
