That black man with the bald head who checked me out was probably the rudest cashier I have ever met in my life. Went in to get cash back for something and I mentioned that to him before he scanned my little chocolate thing that I bought solely for the purpose of getting cash back. When I asked if I was able to do that, he very sarcastically said, “Sure.” Didn’t bother to talk me through the process of getting cash back or say anything during the transaction. Then after it was over, he says, “I guess you missed it.” I said the whole purpose of my going there was to get cash back, and that I guess I would have to purchase something else and he walked off and never returned. I ended up getting cash back at the pharmacy and the girl with the blue hair and piercings was absolutely so sweet and made me feel so much better even though I was (probably aggressively) venting to her. Lol. If you’re THAT miserable at your job, you should probably find somewhere else to work rather than taking it out on people who have done nothing to you. I won’t be back for a while.

Literally the worst pharmacy ever. If I could give them negative stars I would. I've never had a good experience here and I've had to deal with them for several years due to my child being on a specific medication I can not get in the area we live in, so I drive 30+ minutes to deal with this horrible place. They are ALWAYS rude, my medications are NEVER ready when they say they are and half the time they act like they "can't find" your med. I've had them give me a "90" days supply of medication and the bottle only have 30 pills in it, I always have to open my bag and check every single med before walking/pulling out of line. They will literally close for lunch or close for the day while there are people still in line! No, they don't say we're going to serve the next 3 people then we must close, or something to that nature... they just close the blinds down with people in line! Both the drive up window and walk up window are awful. I've been denied my meds so many times for simple and stupid reasons that were caused by them! This place is a literal nightmare!!! I'm finding somewhere else to go as soon as possible!!!!!!!!Do not recommend this place to anyone unless you just feel like having to jump through hoops every month to get your medicine.On a side note the general shopping area is great.

I challenge Walgreens management to review their security video from today, January 22 at approximately 10:00 - 10:15am. I am in the grey hoodie with grey knit cap. I stood in line for FIVE MINUTES while THREE WALGREEN EMPLOYEES chatted standing at the counter ignoring me. After they talked about chicken and rice, their kids and their cars I politely asked "Is this the checkout line?" The rotund one told me "Yes but we are ahead of you." A Walgreen's employee! They continued to chat without checking out. No other cashiers available. I finally just had to leave. This sounds like fiction but I DARE WALGREENS to observe the video and tell me that what their employees did was acceptable. When I contact Walgreen's again it will be to move all my prescriptions, my parents', my wife's and my kids'. This is unacceptable behavior for any business.

Will you eventually get your prescription? Yes. Is it usually accurate? Also yes. Will it take you an eternity to do so? **Absolutely**.This is the most frustrating Pharmacy I have ever had the misfortune to use.Recently, this Walgreens decided to cancel a prescription I needed and had been filling there with no notice, leaving me without it as I scrambled to fill it elsewhere. I need that stuff to function daily! What Pharmacy does that? It was a headache to deal with, and though I had refills left, they thought it was fine to cancel, and left me without options.Swapped to Publix Pharmacy, and have never looked back.

Extremely slow. Does not contact you if there's a problem with filling your prescription. Won't answer the phone when I call to find out what problem is with filling my prescription. Called 3 times was on hold 22 minutes each time so I hung up. I have covid and need the meds but I guess they don't see it that way. If I live through this I am changing pharmacy.

This Walgreens has been the worst I’ve ever used! I’ve tried 4 different times to get in touch with the pharmacy only be put on hold and hung up every time! My daughters covid test was completed 4 days ago and has never been received by the lab!!!! Lab said to contact the store,it would be nice to know what is going on Walgreens!
