My husband and I were needing to purchase 2 vehicles, 1 for me and 1 for our daughter. I typically shy away from used car salespeople because my experiences with them have left me feeling hurried and overwhelmed. Our experience with Brady Hamrac, and the Sales Manager, Mr. Josh Parrish however, was nothing less than excellent! I told them what I was looking for and they never once tried to fast talk us. We decided on a Nissan Maxima for me and a Nissan Sentra for our daughter. There was a small issue with our daughters car and Mr. Parrish insisted that he have it corrected promptly and at no cost to us. They went above and beyond our expectations and we highly recommend them for your vehicle needs!

Josh and Deondre went above and beyond!! I initially spoke with Josh over the phone. I was looking to buy my kids their first car! I told him exactly what I wanted and he had everything up and ready to go by the time I got there and signed the papers. That’s when I had the pleasure to meet Deondre. He helped guiding me through the paperwork process. They were also able to deliver the cars to my home due to the fact that my kids don’t have their license yet. They both will be learning how to drive in their very own new cars!! I truly appreciate both of you guys for making this all an amazing experience for us! I look forward to doing business with you again in the future!

Had my son’s car serviced here while he’s attending college. Customer service was OK. Had car fixed in one day but took 4 days before it was looked at. Also, I thought Nissan provided you with a multi-point inspection report on the vehicle whenever it is service (like alignment report, brakes, tires, and any recommendations)? We never got one and I ALWAYS get one when our cars are serviced at Landers McClarty Nissan in Huntsville. ??♀️ But I guess it depends on the ownership.

The people who work there were nice. Sad thing is did away with VIP benefits so not sure will take back for just oil changes. Asked to check brakes because of squeak and not sure they did it

I drove down 10 hours from St. Louis to drop my son off at Troy University. While moving him in, his car seat motor went out. Though I had to drive back in a couple of days the ladies at customer service were able to order in another seat and get it installed for him all while I was back in St. Louis. They emailed me a receipt, kept communication with me and called a couple days later to follow up and make sure everything was good still. Give these ladies a raise or bonus. Thanks again Jenice and Brittany.

The service department manager, Brittany Lancaster was EXTREMELY helpful! It is so nice to see women in these traditionally male roles and doing a PHENOMENAL job at it! The service advisor I delt with, Brandon Jordan was so helpful! He answered in detail any questions I had about future service needs. He did it in a way that was easy for me to understand. He did not make me feel inferior to his vast intelligence in the service needs of my 2016 Chevrolet. I will recommend Merchant Nissan, Troy Alabama to anyone for any of their service needs after the amazing customer service I received from Brittany, Brandon and the rest of the service department staff I encountered during my short wait time in your cozy lobby area. Keep up the great work! Treating your customers in the manner in which Brittany and Brandon treated me will go far!

Worked on my college daughter’s car and it was a great experience! They quickly diagnosed the problem and contacted me with a solution and pricing. In and out in a day and even filed a warranty claim for me. Super nice folks and excellent service!

There’s a fine line between being an assertive salesman/manager and being rude and the manager at this location rides that line closely. I almost up and left after a 2.5 hour drive to the dealership due to the way he was talking to us when discussing our trade value for our car. There are kind yet firm ways to explain that you can’t budge and why you think your price is fair but he was just rude and condescending. We got the car at a semi decent price but definitely would not go back.The sales rep also insisted there was no way to remove the certified pre owned warranty and that was a required $3200 add on. We stated firmy we knew that wasn’t true and it wasn’t part of the listed online price and he huffed and groaned to leave to talk to his manager. It was unprofessional. When he came back he did remove the warranty. Don’t get tricked into that “requirement” that conveniently isn’t listed on the online price.

I had a great experience with Merchant Nissan's Service Department. The associates took care of my vehicle and were very kind to me. I was running a few minutes late but they said it was fine and they would take care of me. They were very professional. Thank you!

I went in for a diagnostic testing. I came across a problem with important misinformation from Nissan Consumers Affair about the outcome. I spoke to Brittany ( Service Manager), we gave them a call, they act as if it was the dealership fought of not giving right information, but Manager handled/ solved the situation very professional.
