AAA arranged them to fix a flat tire. The AAA app said they would arrive in an hour. An hour came and went. The app said they would arrive in three hours. Three hours came and went. I finally got help from some kind sheriffs. I cancelled my request with AAA so that someone else might be able to actually be helped. Southeast Towing called me a few hours later, finally acknowledging my existence. Thanks for leaving me stranded and wasting my entire morning

Horrible customer service. Would not recommend their services to anyone. Geico dispatched them to tow my motorcycle and they gave a one hour ETA. They never arrived or called. When I called to check on them they informed me that they had already been out and would not be coming back. It was 2AM and I was in a Krystals parking lot. How hard should it have been to a see a Harley Davidson and me stranded. Dispatch was rude when I called and the driver lied. HORRIBLE COMPANYUpdate June 3, 2020I just found out that they billed Geico twice and accepted two payments from them even though they never provided a service. Not one payment but two! HORRIBLE, DISHONEST, DO NOT USE!
