Our dryer stopped working over the Holiday break and I am not a person who understands appliance repair. Both times I called the store they were helpful and patient. The use dryer was purchased and delivered same day. The delivery man came in the rain and was very friendly and fast to get it installed. If your in need of a replacement or new appliance try here FIRST. It's already on its second load. ☺

Mr Hoover and Earl Austin are just as nice and good to their as anyone could ask for. Their used appliances are tested and actually available for inspection prior to your purchase at a reasonable price . I highly recommend this business since they recycle used appliances and keep them out of the landfill .
