The workers are always friendly however they need a full staff so they can stay fully stocked the location is perfect right off a major hwy but they NEVER have what you need

If there was such a thing as zero star rating, this store deserves it! As a long time dollar store customer I will never shop at this Dollar general again. It is the closest Dollar store to where I live, less than a mile, and would be very convenient to get the things I need using my United Health Care card. The cashier will not scan my UHC card more than once,(supposedly store policy)but every Dollar General store between the cities of Troy and Florala, Alabama will scan the card as many times as needed until my items are paid for. I do realize that this card only pays for specific items all of which I just left sitting on the checkout at this store and went down to the very next DG store and bought the same 5 items with the same UHC card. The only difference is the cashier in the 2nd store scanned the card 4 times. Now why would any store turn down payment for what they sell just because they had to scan a card more than once? THis is the first DG in however many stores are located within the 70 miles from Troy, Al to the Florida State line in over a year that tells me that my money(or card) is no good to them.
