I recently switched to Cricket two days ago. I was with T-Mobile for 20 years. I had to go in today because my service was disconnected. Katy assisted me for a entire hour because of a computer glitch. I almost went to another company. Luckily Katy was able to resolve the issue. Thank you Katy so much!!! I appreciate you and your time. She had to call 3 times and 3 representatives hung up on her while she was trying to resolve my issue. This needs to be fixed immediately because it's not acceptable.

Enjoyed my experience I just want to say thank you to Robin Jullian she was a huge help for assisting me with my cellular device needs. And thanks for suggesting my iPhone 12 Pro Max . Great customer service didn’t know if I wanted to upgrade didn’t know if it was the right choice but she helped me make the right decision to upgrade shout out to Robin! And I highly recommend her for any needs at this cricket store I give her a 5 star!!
