There was never anyone visibly seen at the front desk from check-in til check-out! I had to continuously yell for help! Finally, in light of the repairs, this hotel has declined greatly since the last time that I stayed there. Very trashy on the inside and out! Disappointed?

I have always had an awesome stay at this hotel. I always stay here when I come to the area. Very professional staff. The bar in the lobby is great. The staff is always very helpful. Will be coming back.

If you’re in Troy Alabama I highly recommend staying here the front desk people were so nice my room was so clean and comfortable this is a well managed hotel i really enjoyed my stay
