I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived they still had me wait for 45 mins then after that they tell me they don’t service long nails only JR know how to do long nails apparently. They were providing service to the white women but not me. I will never go back or spend my hard earn money here.

My nails are so crooked and literally point up and slanted they're the worst. And barely any workers were in there and they charged me $60 for some bad asf nails.

The owner is professional, talented and kind in every way. One of the male clinicians is arrogant, rude and clearly does not want to be there. He accused me of not paying when he gave what was clearly a half-a$$ effort at a previous pedicure when the boss wasn't there. I walked out. He had not even filed my nails and began putting on polish. I tried the location again when the boss was there and he accused me of not paying the time before. I WILL NEVER go here again bc of him.

I always have a good experience at C&K Spa. I have been a customer there since this location opened. The staff is always friendly and professional.

I had a HORRIBLE experience. I asked for a pedicure. I sat down , my toe nails were clipped, a regular came in & the lady began to rush & proceeded to try to put Palmolive dish liquid on my feet. Then goes on to start putting lotion on my legs and disregarded my intial statement of me wanting my feet scrubbed. I question her about it and she stated that was a pedicure. ... 10/10 i do not recommend...

I love Mrs Tracie . She does a great job on waxing my eye brows . And my pedicure when I get it. The last time I got a manicure too Jr done it they all do a great job. ?

I don’t usually leave reviews but this was the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. Went in to have my acrylics removed. The nail tech picked out an unused plastic acrylic and began sliding it under my acrylics, ripping them from my natural nail. This ended up ripping a chunk of my natural nail off on my thumb, at which point I asked him to soak my nails instead. While my nails were soaking, the tech was filing his nails with the same nail file as he was using on my nails. This was my first time coming here, and I will never come back. There is not a quality nail salon in Troy and it’s so frustrating.
