This has to be the best car buying experience ever. The entire process was fast and easy. I arrived at the dealership from out of state and everything was ready for me. They didn’t try to up-sale me and took the time to ensure my phone was paired and my apps were all installed. I worked with both Billy and Courtney. They were top notch and outstanding. I will definitely be a repeat customer for future family vehicle needs! Worth the drive!

Overall dealing with sales rep wasn’t bad. I live in North Carolina and Purchased a car from Troy Alabama to have shipped. It was a specific car that I couldn’t find anywhere closer. Signing contract and putting down payment was extremely inconvenient. Wouldn’t take a credit card for down payment to speed up process. Had to physically mail a check and verify funds which took longer and was a pain. If I was there and could handed the down payment to them I would have but being over 7 hours away that wasn’t an option. Car was shipped with gas tank empty also. I have bought cars from hours away and had shipped and never had an issue with using a credit card and shipping immediately. Fortunately I doubt I’ll ever have to deal with this dealership again

Mr. Billy was my salesman. He was very attentive, respectful, knowledgeable, and caring! He kept me updated from the beginning to the end. My experience was astonishing! I recommend those looking for a new vehicle to give him a call directly!

Worst customer service from the service department, can't seem to get an answer from anyone. Was told truck would be ready yesterday by 11 and now they are not sure how many "days" it will be.

Just not great service. I don't recommend anyone go there for service. My truck has been there for service engine problem twice 2 head job in less than 3 weeks . My vehicle been there waiting for parts over 3 weeks. No compensation for the wait no rent a car or loaner.
