“Called to have my trucked towed for a suspected faulty starter. The dispatcher was very friendly and was able to get a truck out to me in about 10 minutes. When the driver, Trevor, arrived he was very friendly and offered to try jump starting my truck before having it towed to a shop. Jump starting it worked and he only charged me for the jump start. I'd recommend these guys 100%.”

He helped me out too the fullest, he was like 45-60 mins away and got to me quick!! I was in shock at how fast he came out! “Went to get some work done on a recently purchased vehicle. They have me a quote of 700 for the repairs. I agreed, and paid for the parts upfront. They called me a few days later and said the price would be 13 or 14 hundred because I needed new sensors. I told them that I would put the sensors on myself. They called right back and said that I needed some wiring done and it would cost me 1,000 total. I don't do wires so I agreed. After picking up the vehicle, I went to install the remaining sensors and discovered that one of my connectors had been cut. I hate shops that fix one thing and something else goes bad when you pick it up... I would never go back or recommend anyone there... Update: I found my receipt and they did in fact say that one of my plugs were missing. I should have read it before giving them a 1 star. I do think they were trying to overcharge me a little bit.”

“Semi broke down in Decatur al. Cops were aholes but Shane from Ted's towing was absolutely straight up great guy! Towed my truck,delivered my load nearby for a reasonable price and made sure I got to a hotel....great service in my book....”
“Overall my vehicle looks like new. But they did miss a couple areas that needed color sanding and buffing. The finish does have swirl marks from buffing. And a couple devices need some attention.”
