They have been so awesome. The call to check was supper easy and the phone call to set the installation great, the employee that did the install was fabulous, they gave me feedback and their personal opinion about my questions such as where would I really want it and then setup was super easy and quick. Login on the site for payments needs a little more attention but it's been an amazing service.

The installer was very professional, he was in & out quickly without a drop in his quality of work, he answered all our questions! He even came back when we were experiencing problems with it , it was on our equipment not theirs and they still help us straighten out our problems! We have had Flashfiber internet now for a week and we love it! We are very satisfied and highly recommend it! The Motes

When it comes to products and services I admit I am a bit hard to convince on how good they are and I don't go by word of mouth and reviews alone. I was reluctant to try this internet service as I was afraid it would turn out to be like all the other services I had in the past which is a lot and the totally unreliable services I got from the ones in the past but I gave them a shot and chose the cheapest package they had and to my surprise they wound up being the best of all. Even at $59.95 a month I can run my online weather station 24 / 7 plus run all 3 of our TV's, play games on our phones, run our computers and laptops and our tablets at a comfortable pace with no problems whatsoever. We have had 3 strong storms come through here and the first thing I thought was oh boy we're gonna lose our power and internet but to my surprise our internet never even missed a beat. All in all, they exceeded my expectations completely. Well done guys keep up the awesome work you do.

It’s cheaper and great speeds however I am having problems around the same time at night with packet loss. Been trying your 24/7 tech support, but never get a hold to anyone.
