Keith and his crew is such an incredible group of guys!!!They went above and beyond to take care of my emergency.i was unaware of my gas hotwater tank had been leaking, so it disconnected and about went thru my floor. First time to use Keith the Plumber and I would definitely recommend them . Roger and Eric did an awesome job and it was not easy in that it involved working in a tight crawl space under the house . They ran into some problems but they handled it very well. Also they arrived exactly at the time they said they would and I was told before work started what to expect for payment .Good job guys ?Services: Drain cleaning

Love these guys. They are always courteous and respectful. They always call and let you know what time they will be there and they clean up before they leave. I have been using them for about 3 years and they take good care of customers. Now days so many people will say I will be there at a certain time and never show up but these guys have always been here with in a few minutes of what they said and I really appreciate that. Keith was a huge help by helping me out over the phone in the evening during an emergency. That meant a lot to me that he would walk me through some options over the phone related to finding a shutoff valve for a water line to the refrigerator. The whole team at Keith the Plumber are very responsive and helpful. Tech was good very respectfulOffice manager was very rude didn't want me to explain what was going on he act as he new he tried to charged me 4000.00 for a job toilet was not going down it takes a day before it go down he said we need to go In the cement at first I was going to do it but after he go smart I stop the process I called another company out there they said it was only a blockage and they would charge only 450.00 they did the job and it's working fine please get a second opinion before you take these guys word you might get overcharged I'm glad I didn't get stuck with that bill..Office manager very rude

Wes worked with me on scheduling our water line replacement. He also worked up an awesome deal on the price.Donnie and the crew came out on time and worked diligently for two days replacing my 1300 feet of water line, main to house. They went above and beyond.I highly recommend this company!

I called Keith The Plumber for services in Helena AL. He said they were coming out I waited most of the day on them. Called them late afternoon o yeah we're coming. Just some emergency issues on the other job, I guess they are still working on those issues, because a day later they still didn't show. I Called another plumber..

I highly recommend Keith the Plumber and would give them 6 stars if possible. My Edgewood home developed a sewer issue which was complicated by connection issues to the county main. Keith’s crew was able to determine the cause, replace my line, and work with the county to repair the problem. Donnie and his team were professional, polite, and very neat. They even replanted my long row of irises after my old line was dug up, going above and beyond. Keith the Plumber exceeded my expectations in making this repair!Services: Drain cleaning

My plumber of many years retired. I generally don't like to use businesses that advertise alot. One pays for those ads.I took a chance with Keith the plumber, and glad I did.They came quickly diagnosed my problem and "got busy".Price was very fair.I will definitely call them again!
