“I brought my car here at the recommendation of the local Honda dealership because the paint was chipping next to my back windshield on my ‘17 Civic. Although this is a known issue for 16/17 Civics, Honda has yet to extend the paint warranty to cover costs for these issues. I had the pleasure of talking to Troy, and he reassured me that he had fixed this paint chipping issue on several Honda’s before and even reached out to the local dealership for me in attempt to get Honda to cover the cost. With no luck getting Honda to cover costs, he quoted me to repaint the panel that touches the right side of my back windshield. I dropped my car off, and upon pick up he informed me that they were able to paint just the inner part where the paint is chipping and that I would not owe what he originally quoted me. It is absolutely seamless! Such nice, honest people and I will recommend them to anyone who needs any paint work. Thanks for such a great experience!”
“Excellent customer service. I called them at 10 am to get a Knock Sensor for a 2003 Baja, they told me to come at 2 pm, it was there at 1:50 pm. The price was lower or close to online price, and I did not have to wait for shipping. Car was back on the road at 4 pm. Nothing more to ask.”
“My roommate and I came to this auto part store this evening because we thought my cars starter was bad; since the car was sometimes refusing to start since I left work Thursday afternoon. When my roommate went to work on my car this morning, my car refused to start. We originally went to AutoZone to get the battery tested and their machine was down. Luckily O'Reilly's was across the street. Jakori was able to help us and he quickly found out the problem was the battery, not the starter. So he was able to find us a battery for my car. “I need to tell you a story that needs to be told.
I am disabled. I live alone and have lived in Ardmore for 21 years.
My car would not start. I called AutoZone to ask for advice. The manager, Ben, was so wonderful. He wanted to help me. So, after he got off work, he came to my house and checked out my car to try to figure out what was wrong. He checked a lot of things. Discovered one problem but ultimately couldn't find the cause of why it would not start.
I knew I was going to have to have it towed to my mechanic. I mentioned that I needed to go to the grocery store to pick up a few things. Ben offered to take me there. I was shocked. A perfect stranger doing all of this for me without expecting anything from me.
He took me to the store and brought me back home. Now, I call that going above and beyond the call of duty! The young man is 29 years old. Most people his age are not that kind, helpful and giving....if fact, most people of ANY age aren't.
I needed to tell you about Ben. I didn't catch his last name. I wished I would have. But, Ben is the manager of the Ardmore TN location. He needs to be recognized!

“I went to O'Reilly today to replace my battery on my truck. It was going ro cost $220. Just before the gentleman rang me up, the manager(Santiago) came out and asked for my phone number. She did a quick computer check and told me there would be no charge today because my old battery was under warranty.
