It’s a shame you have to chase employees around the store in the evenings to check out. And then during the day you hear the manager fuss that they didn’t get anything done the night before. Day shift has self checkout. Quit expecting night shift employees to do so much when self check is closed down. When self check is closed there should be an employee near the register at all times to accommodate the customer. They ring one person up and 2 mins later someone else is ready to checkout and then you have to go hunt the employee down again. Get it together! It’s not rocket science.

Not happy with today's experience. I had a clearance item that was not ringing up properly but the manager was unloading a truck and the cashier was not able to override the price, nor could she void the item without the manager. Additionally, the manager did not have a phone on her so another customer volunteered to go around to the back of the store and get her. To make matters worse, I realized another item was not ringing up properly. When i brought it to the managers attention everything was fine until she pointed out the sales paper I had was expired. I said, oh you guys still have last week's sales paper out. The manager came up with a figure that she chose to reimburse me and said that, "I go according to core, I'm not including tax." By this point, the manager had become rude and frustrated with me. I left feeling like they had stolen from me and insulted me at the same time.

Drove all the up here in the rain because it says that they stay open until 10pm. Get to the store and they close at 9pm. Wast of time and gas.
