My wife got her oil changed here after I strongly recommended taking it somewhere else bc I’ve never had a good experience with this place. But I was at work so she went here. When I got off work and got home I looked over every thing and the oil filter was loose and leaking oil. After I tightened it up I had to add 2 1/2 quarts of oil. They will never touch any vehicle I own again.

I Went To Dozier To Get A Tune Up After I Had Gone By The Parts Store, To Check The Prices Of Spark Plug. Since I Was Getting A Tune Up And Not Replacing Spark Plug When I Was Told It Would Be $200 +, I Thought It Was Ok. My Car Was Vibrating And I Had To Drive To Mobile And Just Wanted Some Peace Of Mind. However Any Peace I Thought I Was Getting Was Quickly Stolen When The $4-13 Plugs I Thought I Was Getting Was Billed As 4@$28+ . And Futher More My Tune Up Was Only Plugs And Service. I Went Back To Ask If The Qty Or Price Was An Error. No, I Was Told That They Didn’t Change The Customer What They Paid. Yea, But 200- 300% Increase I Don’t See. If Anyone Ever Wandered What Proverbs 11:1 Meant By Unjust Scale. Maybe Now You Know.

My tire pressure light came on as I was headed out of town and decided to stop and have the pressure checked. I was told to pull up to the bay. I did just that and a mechanic walked up and immediately began to check the air pressure in all 4 tires and filled to correct capacity. This took less than 5 minutes. The charge was $2. I jumped on highway 43 N headed back home.I appreciate the friendly and professional service.
