Would not cut a disabled veteran's hair. He is in a wheelchair for over a year. You think with covid and everything at home hair cuts would not be a problem to find. Especially when their wife is a customer and it's literally a few houses down. Don't say "We dont do that." You are the owner. It's your choice.
