I went into the store with brake issues James the manager was very nice and diagnosed the issue in developed in the more issues it took several weeks to get the matter fixed when my vehicle was ready I was out of town working and James took care of my vehicle with kindness he was very straightforward and forthcoming about my mechanical problems and very reasonable and deserves more than five stars my vehicle was ready for almost a week before I can get back into town they had no issue with holding it

Today I had the privilege to come to mavis tires in Theodore . The manager Justin was very professional / friendly and well mannered .and polite and helped me out with a few issues I was having with my vehicle .He also answered any of the many questions that I had . I highly recommend going to this store and will be definitely returning in the future .

Today was a rough day and ended with my tire going flat while I was pumping gas. I called Mavis Tires and spoke woth James. When I tell you God works in mysterious ways, James was so professional and talked to me about my tire. He helped calm me down and reassured me that it would be ok and that they could look at my vehicle right away. I had called a tow truck, but my sister came to me and helped me pump my tire up. I called James back and let him know how much air I had and he coached me what to do. I was less than 2 miles away. I drove my car there with my sister following me. James and his team already knew what was going on and were prepared. The courtesy, professionalism, quickness, empathy, work ethic, friendliness, customer service skills, and kindness that was shown tonight was very much appreciated after the day I had. God always knows best and I'm thankful I was able to get there because I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else. I'm so thankful you all were so close. I'd highly recommend anyone who needs tire, breaks, or their vehicle serviced to go to Mavis Tires in Theodore. I appreciate all you all did for me tonight.
